All of our vacation rentals are fully furnished. The kitchens are equipped with dishes, utensils, stove/ oven, refrigerator, pots & pans, and common cooking utensils. 

We provide a starter pack in each unit. This consists of (1) roll of paper towels, (2) rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, toiletries, (2) trash bags, (1) dish detergent, (1) laundry soap. Once these items are gone, each guest is responsible to replenish as needed during their stay.

At this time, we do not allow our properties to be booked to host parties. We do host wonderful groups of bachelorette/bachelor parties but we ask that you mind the house rules.

ABSOLUTELY, yes! We are a family owned business and we try to make our properties as kid friendly as possible. Each one of our properties are stocked with children utensils, baby gates on stairs, and family games!

Generally, we begin taking reservations one year in advance. In order to allow property owners to set their rates and reserve dates for the next year. We are happy to make exceptions over the phone. 850.238.6784. Once you have made your reservation, you will need to immediately pay the deposit to ensure your reservation is not canceled.

To hold your reservation, your 50% deposit must be received immediately following the reservation booking. Your complete rent must be received 30 days before you check-in.
